Can the family and parish contribute without seeing every project?
Yes. Each invitation is limited to one project and one role. Suggestions remain pending until the organizer accepts them.

Does the software guarantee parish approval?
No. The responsible parish or presider makes every final decision about the rite, texts, readings, music, ministers, and adaptations.
Can the funeral home reproduce official readings or hymns?
Only when the relevant rights holder has authorized that use. The workspace itself does not grant reproduction rights.
