What to include in your message
- 01Draft reference
Include the loved one’s name as shown in the draft and the approximate date you last opened it. Do not send private access links or passwords.
- 02Your printing setup
Tell us Letter or A4, reading copy or home-print booklet, and what the printer or print shop produced.
- 03Your deadline
If printing is time-sensitive, put “Printing deadline” and the date in the email subject line.
- 04Only necessary family information
Describe the problem without forwarding private family documents unless support specifically asks for a safe example.
